“I start my morning routine with Dr. Barbara Sturm's Enzyme Cleanser. It’s gentle and feels great on my skin. Then I apply my ZnO+ eye serum—it has SPF 50—and follow it with moisturizer and whichever SunsolveMD formula fits my skin that day. Growing up in Sweden with fair, acne-prone, sensitive skin, I avoided the sun. I could never find a sunscreen that didn’t break me out until I discovered Sunsolve’s formulas. My go-tos are Firm + Replenish for fine lines, Correct + Fade to even tone and target pigmentation, and Balance + Clear to keep blemishes and oil at bay.

At night, I always remove my makeup, cleanse, apply a serum, and lock it in with a rich moisturizer. I like Augustinus Bader’s Rich Cream—it’s thick and a little goes a long way. I also try to do a lymphatic drainage massage once a week. It’s one of the things that makes me feel my best—especially after traveling or when I’m feeling puffy or sluggish. I work with Makenna Bernardino, who has the most gentle hands. It’s incredibly relaxing, but you do feel a difference after. My body just feels lighter, more energized. I really believe in those small, consistent habits—fewer treatments that focus on what actually works and feels good.

Makeup-wise, I love working with Harold James and Leah Darcy. They’re not only incredibly talented, but they bring such good energy to set. I first worked with Harold for a Helsa shoot in Cannes. I’d admired his work for so long and knew I wanted to collaborate. His artistry is next-level, and being around him is inspiring—he’s grounded, positive, and makes you feel amazing. I met Leah when I moved from New York to LA. I’d found her on Instagram, and from our first meeting, I knew she was special. She’s so talented and kind; we just clicked. There’s something really nice about working with the same people over time. You build trust, rhythm, and real friendship.

My go-to makeup products: Make Up For Ever’s Artist pencil in Anywhere Caffeine or Wherever Walnut paired with a Rhode lip tint. My favorite concealer is Saie’s Slip Tint. It has that serum-y texture and blends so easily. I love Tom Ford’s Shade and Illuminate blush, especially the duo with the bright red. I always dab it on my nose. And Chanel’s Les Beiges bronzing cream is a favorite, too—it actually makes your skin look like it saw the sun. Since I’m diligent with sunscreen and avoid real sun exposure, anything that gives a subtle tan effect is useful.

Speaking of sun-kissed, I go to Tauni Dawson in LA for color—she’s truly the best. Her work looks so natural, like your hair’s just been kissed by the sun. I don’t have a go-to person for cuts—I usually sneak in a trim while I’m on set. It just makes sense with my schedule.

I wash my hair about three times a week, depending on what’s going on. I rotate my shampoos and conditioners. I like the Maria Nila Heal shampoo and conditioner, and once a month I’ll use the Pearl Silver Colour Refresh to keep the tone soft and fresh. I also depend on the K18 Repair hair mask to revive my hair when it’s looking especially rough.

I’m not picky when it comes to scent. I usually just steal whatever my partner, Tom, is wearing—right now it’s Terre d’Hermès. I have a similar approach to wellness—I try to keep it intuitive and uncomplicated. Lately, I’ve been starting my day with bone broth. It’s so simple and nourishing. I like to drink my supplements—green juice, smoothies, whatever my body’s craving. And I love PilatesSLT is my go-to in New York when I want to really feel it, and in LA, I’ll do training sessions at the Alo Gym. I also try to be outside as much as possible. Running or walking in nature clears my mind and always brings me back to myself.”
