Walking into CAP Beauty, a pretty little boutique in NYC’s West Village, is like walking into natural product utopia. Founders (and longtime friends) Kerrilynn Pamer and Cindy Diprima have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of everything they stock on their shelves, so apart from a great retail experience, it's hard for time in the store not to feel educational. So in honor of Earth Day, they've shared a more-than-comprehensive list of products that are totally good for you and for the earth. As it turns out, asking them to pick their favorite products was a bit like asking them to pick a favorite child. But, eventually they narrowed it down (if 32 products is narrow...just call it thorough!). Read 'em and weep:

In Fiore Lustra Illuminating Cleansing Essence and Treate Gentle Cleansing Emulsion
“In Fiore’s founder developed this 4-2-4 cleansing method that’s a little crazy, but totally works. First you massage on the Lustra for four minutes, then you layer the Treate on top of that. Afterward, you rinse for four minutes—two warm and two cold. If you’re not exhausted at the end of the day, it’s an amazing, luxurious ritual to do. “We’re obsessed with The Honey Mud. It can be used as a cleanser, too, which is maybe a little indulgent since it’s not inexpensive. It’s a great mask, though, because it has white clay and tons of honey in it, so it’s really nourishing but also really detoxifying. It’s going to get things out of the skin without that really intense, tight clay feeling.
