Last time brunch was a topic of discussion on ITG, the results were largely along the lines of this, courtesy of Alyssa, a reader: “Brunch is about doing what you want. Do you want a steak? Okay. Do you want a steak and eggs and champagne? Super okay.” I super agree, and that way of thinking carries over to what you're wearing, too. Brunch should be all fun and bacon, and when it's 65 degrees out, clothing options should all be built for spring (wear them all at the same time for maximum effect). That being said, each of these items on their own can be worn separately throughout the season. Versatility—it's a beautiful feeling.
Levi's Made & Crafted Pins Skinny Jeans : Lately, it seems like everyone's in light-wash vintage denim that's been revamped with an updated fit. It looks good, for sure, but sometimes you just want a little newness. So if you want a throwback almost-Mom-jean look (but in a brand new pair), look no further than these Levi's. If you're cool with vintage, well, cool—consider Redone or Reformation.
Intermix Sleeveless Trench Vest: Chop off the sleeves of a trench, and you're left with something you can also wear inside, even if it's not pouring outside. Layer this over jeans, a skirt, and add a sweater up top if you're chilly.
Illesteva Frieda Eco Clear Marble With Blue Mirrored Lenses Sunglasses : These sunglasses are made entirely of recycled, repurposed materials, and they're also 100-percent biodegradable. They'll stand up to your hangover and be by your side for at least two Bloody Marys, but eventually, they'll decompose. It is Earth Day after all.
Mophie iPhone 6 Juice Pack Air: This one's pretty self-explanatory—who likes having their phone die? And who has the foresight to charge up before brunch? A Mophie is a luxury that will change life for the better.
Rosetta Getty Leather and Wood Platform Clogs : Slip them on, slip them off. Enjoy a little lift via this platform, and let your pedicure see the light. Cheers to all of the above.
