Everything in life should be as refreshing as Imaan Hammam in a tea-length Derek Lam skirt. The natural hair; the fact that she's wearing separates but they still scream gown; the ingenuity to wear ankle-strap heels with a below-the-knee skirt...the combination seems as effortless as an Amazon Prime account. And it's a relief, too—skirts that aren't miniature often get stuck as being either inconvenient (maxis, fishtails) or just bad ideas (the high-low). Instead, the choice of light color on top and dark on bottom with repeating pattern throughout keeps things airy and cohesive. Innovative, even. Just like free two-day shipping on anything you could ever want.
