Here’s the trick: “Don’t be afraid of the color and you’ll look fierce!” That’s what Georgi Sandev, makeup artist behind model Alisha Nesvat’s face here says. “It is a statement lip,” he tells ITG. “You notice it right away and it’s the center of attention.” Anything but boring, in other words.

What’s great about this look in particular is its ability to walk the line between freshness and glamour. Georgi says it’s because “A clean makeup look is not necessarily a no-makeup look—rather, it’s a precise look, with soft accents to bring out your best features.
