To wax poetic on excellent packaging is, at this point, a key tenet of contemporary beauty writing. And it's true: Good packaging is basically the ball game when talking about what you'd like to display in your bathroom and proceed to use every day. Really, is it so terrible to snap judgement on a moisturizer by its fonts, colors, and shape? Maybe. But that doesn't keep our personal apartments from more or less being shrines to the achievements in product packaging design, with Byredo Bal d'Afrique Bath Oil and Rodin Candles lovingly displayed instead of alongside family photos and actual art. We're not alone, though (we’ve seen your #ITGTopShelfies). You’re right there with us.
So, consider this one a Tuesday morning gift for for the product-porn junkies out there—or maybe, for the product-porn junkies with an unsuspected depth. Everything here may be good looking, but they are also highly endorsable for their other merits as well (smells good, usually, but also works pretty damn well).
