Ingredients
-1 tbsp dried hibiscus
-1 tbsp warm water
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1 tsp honey
-3/4 cup yogurt
-1 tbsp sliced almonds
Method
1. In a very small bowl or ramekin, combine hibiscus and warm water and let sit for about 5 minutes.
2. Using a food processor or blender, purée blueberries, honey, and the hibiscus and water. Blend until smooth. This mixture will thicken a bit upon sitting.
3. Put yogurt in a small bowl and top with the blueberry hibiscus purée and sliced almonds and serve.
4. Enjoy!
