Watermelons, bubblegum, antacids, lemonade, panthers, Floyd, Victoria's Secret Angels-in-training campaigns, cotton candy, and Wednesdays all, strangely enough, share a common denominator: they're best when pink. You can wax poetic on the perfect red lip until Guy Bourdin's ghost appears in the reflection of your makeup mirror (which is what happens—try it, it's terrifying and awesome and you'll get some great tips), but show some appreciation to the lip color that Mother Nature intended.
