We've been Instagramming for some time now, and while we enjoy a good filter debate as much as the next person, we’re really in it for the feed. That constant stream of inspiration—OK, maybe there's a Japanese hedgehog sandwiched in between Caroline Brasch Nielsen (@caroline _brasch) and Katie Grand (@kegrand)—transfixes us from morning to midnight. (Seriously, what did we do in line for Starbucks before Kevin Systrom?)

Of all of the accounts that reeled us in, our gateway drug was fashion photographers. Their snaps are so insider-y that we know well in advance just which models, locales, and behind-the-scene teams we can look forward to seeing in our favorite magazines, and play voyeur to the fashion friendships that form off-camera (e.g., Cass and Daria). The best Instagramming photogs take us down the rabbit hole to the very people, places, or art shows that inspire their work—all delivered with the perfect composition and filter (or not). So, in the interest of making the addictive app more navigable, we've assembled a directory to the photographer accounts we get out of bed for (or, check first thing in the morning... sorry Arianna):
