Though I’m mainly a black and white kind of gal, every so often I start really feeling a very specific pastel color palette. Some idle Tumblr/Google meandering this week led me to artist Will Cotton, and I dragged Cotton Candy Katy into my “inspiration' folder.

Front-to-back, it’s one of the most consistently relevant, inspiring things I own. The man was a genius. I mean, just look at the cover. And imagine how good it’d look on your coffee/bedside table.

RMS Cream Eye Shadow in Solar : My main takeaway from tea with Georgia Jagger yesterday? Gotta get my mitts on that gold eye shadow. It gave just the right amount of sheen to her lids.
MAC Haute & Naughty Lash Mascara : Oh Haute & Naughty, how I love thee, even though I never know how to pronounce “ haute' when I recommend it to people. (I know, but it’s like saying Ibeetha instead of Ibeeza—awkward.) When you want a light-as-air, barely there swipe of mascara, nothing beats the Haute side of the brush.
