Topshop’s new eye shadow palette in Prism is:

1) very fancy-looking (agreeably Art Deco!)

2) a trio of very flattering powders (silver, rosy-bronze, black— combining the three produces an ashy sheen not unlike Aaron de Mey's concoction for Kristen Stewart in V), and...

3) can be applied using water (or your chosen goop, remember!) to intensify colors
