Instagram has Juno and Nashville, the French have la vie en rose, and surely you’re familiar with those rose-tinted glasses (are they old Céline?). The concept of filters is not a new one. And neither is makeup. But with just a few dots of concealer, a swipe of blush and lip balm, you're like the Amara version of yourself. Still you, but slightly more polished. Makeup artist Stevie Huynh demonstrates this concept of complexion makeup perfectly on Darron and Eliseu, who look great without makeup and great with it. Just like you!

On Eliseu, Stevie used Nars Luminous Moisture Cream as a subtly illuminating primer. He used Cle de Peau’s Radiant Corrector to neutralize undereye darkness and redness around the nose, and RMS "Un" Powder for a seamless, matte finish. Next, he applied a nickel-sized amount of Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in 3.5, followed by Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Colour in No. 30 on the high points of the face to add contrast and warmth. Stevie created a wind-swept flush with Kevyn Aucoin’s Creamy Glow in Patrice blended slightly above the apple of the cheek and across the nose. He finished the look with Cle de Peau's Lip Glorifier.

Stevie prepped Darron’s skin with Tatcha’s Water Cream for weightless hydration. Next, he used the warm shades in MAC’s Conceal and Correct Palette in Dark under the eyes, lightly filled in Darron’s brows with Anastasia’s Brow Wiz in Ebony, and dusted MAC Studio Fix Powder in NC45 over the T-zone and undereyes to neutralize any shine. Finally, Stevie used a thin layer of Nars Natural Radiant Foundation in Caracas, blending outward from the center of the face. To add dimension to Darron’s skin, Stevie used the Hourglass Foundation Stick in Espresso—a slightly deeper shade than his foundation—as a subtle contour under the cheekbone, then placed Juvia's Place blush in Neo just above it. Cle De Peau’s Lip Glorifier creates a complete, polished look.
