Poppin' Bottles: Two Ways To Open Champagne

Regardless of how you celebrate New Year's Eve, there should be something fizzy. Champagne, Prosecco, that sparkling peach cider stuff without the alcohol but with all of the fun...it's all good in our book. However, opening it is another story. There are two roads to take here: the respectable (but tame) way, and the no-holds-barred, it's fucking NYE way. While we can't recommend you try this at home (the video above is of consummate professional Jordan Salcito on a closed course) the latter is certainly the more festive option. At least in our opinion.
