#GRWM: Coco Baudelle

You know Coco. (If you don't, may we direct you to her The Face interview here?) She's the Canadian lawyer-turned-model-turned-actress who's been a part of Glossier since we shot our very first campaign images with her back in 2014. She's in the Phase 2 campaign that launched yesterday, too, but we figured after all this time, why not see a little of Coco, by Coco herself? When she offered to shoot her own Get Ready With Me video on her iPhone in her East Village apartment, the answer was "Obviously yes, you should do that." Because, seriously, this chick is good at everything. Mornings with Coco look like this:

Start with one pump of Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser—it's a comfortable, clean way to start the day (and it wipes away anything you maybe have missed last night). Then load up on Glossier Priming Moisturizer to hydrate and reduce post-sleep redness. Coco opts for eye cream in the AM—Kiehl's Creamy Under-Eye Treatment first, then a little Nourish Grapeseed and Orchid Under Eye Cream to help address puffiness pre-makeup. That comes soon, but first, coffee.

In the shower, Coco works Kumari Luxury Oil Treatment through her hair. It's a mixture of coconut and argan oils that takes care of the scalp while preventing flyaways. The humidity is back in New York folks...say goodbye to static hair and hello to frizz once again.

Skin, scalp, and hair has been handled—next comes makeup. Coco switches between Glossier Stretch Concealer in Dark and Medium depending on how recently she's been on a tropical vacation. And the reality is, skin color can change based on the season. If you're in-between shades, we suggest going one step lighter in Stretch Concealer (but matching it to your Perfecting Skin Tint shade is a good rule of thumb).

Then in a surprising next step, Coco does her eyebrow routine. She starts with Marcelle Eyebrow Crayon in Luscious Black to fill them in and control the shape, then comes Glossier Boy Brow in Black. Over penciled eyebrows, the flexible hold wax brings back that fluffy texture and keeps them from looking too drawn-on.

The rest of her face proceeds as such: Prestige Waterproof Lipliner in Natural as a nude eyeliner to brighten her lash line, Revlon Colorstay Eyeshadow in Decadent for creases, and L'Oréal Telescopic Liquid Eyeliner in Carbon Black for the teeny-tiniest of wings. Then she thickens her lash roots by wiggling Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara in Very Black close to the lid. She finishes up up the face with a sweep of Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint in Dark (eight drops on the cheeks, chin, and forehead), with Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Deep as her creamy bronzer. Her current favorite blush is Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush in In Love. Finishing touches are on the lips: Glossier Generation G in Cake and Revlon Colorstay Lipliner in Sienna. The combo results in a nude but amplified, pillowy lip. What dreams are made of.

Stay tuned for more morning routines inspired by Glossier's Phase 2 in the coming weeks. In the meantime, familiarize yourself with the look here.
