So much respect for The Magicians. They are what has made fashion come alive. It's interesting, though, because despite all the painting and adorning, the looks on the runways and in editorials just feel like such natural extensions to the mood and the actual clothes.

Sometimes I think I've taken for granted the way in which my perspective on fashion has been so influenced by beauty.

Last month in New York I briefly met Lynn Yaeger and she had some magnificent clothes on (I'm sure old Yohji or something), but the thing that struck me most was her signature lip -- not unlike the one at John Galliano fall 2010 -- because more than anything, I felt it best represented her aura.

Thanks for another great slideshow, Stacey.
