What’s The Best Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil?

Pulling long Fashion Week days (and nights) has reminded us just how valuable long-wearing, waterproof eyeliner can be. Something that will. not. budge. Everyone on staff has a go-to pencil (we're only talking writing utensils here), but we're curious about which one is your personal favorite. So tell us in the comments: What's your stay-put pencil of choice, and why do you think it's such a winner?

I have yet to find one, but a salesperson recommended Nars eyeliner primer. So far it makes eyeliner last much longer.

I love the Sephora brand retractable waterproof eyeliner in Brown-Black. It's $13 and I've repurchased it three times now, which is a record for me. Works great on its own, but I recently started using a dirt cheap $2 ELF eyelid primer and now it doesn't move AT ALL. My eyeliner looks exactly the same when I remove it at 10 pm as it does when I apply it at 6:30 am.

I need to try this if only because it's so cheap. Also, Brown-Black sounds like exactly the color I like and I'm wondering why I've never looked at the Sephora collection eyeliners before. They just brought out a new lip stain and it won my heart pretty quickly so I just might be a bigger fan than I thought of plain' ol Sephora brand.

Charlotte Tilbury's ROCK 'N' KOHL Iconic Liquid Eye Pencil
It does not move for 24 hours, it silky creamy smooth, smudge able, highly pigmented, it's is the bomb! With out a doubt the best!!!!

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencils are perfection. (My favorite color is Smog).

I dont know if i have a defective one but I got the waterproof eyeliner and mascara. They were both horrible. The eyeliner was super hard and dry. The color would not come out on my eyes. When I draw it on my hand, I had to dress real hard and go back and forth several times to just show a line. Yes, I even sharpened it to see if it was just the top layer. It's just useless. The mascara was super ridiculously clumpy. It's so bad that I really suspect they gave me one that was already opened or used. I bought it from Sephora. They suggested it to me.

Make Up For Ever's aqua liner. The pencil, not the liquid pen (some people swear but that one too, but for some reason on me the flick always disappears by the end of the day). I rave a little about it here: http://bit.ly/1c0KvyD My favorite is the dark pewter color, but I also love the khaki green and, of course, the black. For some reason that beautiful eggplant color they make wouldn't draw on my waterline at all, so it's kind of hit or miss, but when it works, it's awesome.

I've found the Urban Decay pencils have received the most unwarranted hype! There are drugstore brands that are more pigmented and stay longer. Can't wait to read your recommendation(s).

Yes! Rimmel's Waterproof Scandaleyes Eyeliner (in Kohl) is a drugstore dupe of UD's Perversion and a far cheaper option at only $4! Super soft and just glides on the eyelid. Doesn't stay 100% on the waterline, but still the best drugstore liner I've tried!

Stila liquid liner is ahh-mazing! XX

I want the eye liner pencil which will never go off after I apply? Will still look as originally drawn for whole day

Estee Lauder's Zero-Smudge liner is by far the only liquid eyeliner that survives my sweaty & oily skin, and the extreme heat and humidity of Dubai. It stayed put throughout my aerobics and sauna sessions... This thing is a tattoo!

I Agree Mac makes one stay put all day long eyeliner!
