Also, sleeping on your back with your head elevated reduces puffiness DRAMATICALLY. I fold up a blanket and put it under the head end of my mattress. It raises the whole top end of the bed, rather than using extra pillows which inevitably get pushed aside in your sleep. I introduced the elevation in stages, it takes a little getting used to, but I now prefer to sleep that way. Sleeping on your back as opposed to your side also stops those vertical cleavage lines/wrinkles from forming, as well as lines forming from smushing your face into the pillow.
