I use the ones you get in Harlem, that you have to melt with a blowdryer or microwave to an oil like consistency. I don't care how heavy it gets, my skin absorbs all of it.

I'm at a point right where I'm trying to revive my curly hair which has fallen flat due to constant blowdrying it straight ...(sigh).

2) I second her recommendation of Saryna African Shea Butter. It's amazing.

3) Straight-haired femmes only think they want curly hair, the same way the curly-haired (myself included) think they want straight. I've come to think that to be a woman is to be perpetually unsatisfied about little things.
