Dior Creme Abricot

So, it’s “wintry mix”-ing in New York right now (a cute, meteorologist-honed way of making not-so-cute simultaneous snow and rain sound like a jar of assorted nuts), it's cold, and a lot of our nails here at the Gloffice seem to be going straight to hell. Soft, peeling, brittle, flaky it’s a straight-up mess. Don’t even get us started on our cuticles (our poor cuticles!). Thank the good Lord of Dior for Crème Abricot, a much-beloved nail-fortifying cream that the brand conceived all the way back in 1963. The peach-colored cream is thick and viscous and a little bit gluey, so a little goes a long way (we’d recommend applying it before bed to let it sink in overnight) but when it does, friends, a difference is made . It will improve your nail strength, encourage nail growth, and condition your cuticles. It has a faint perfume (though, truth be told, it smells more to us like nice lipstick than apricots, and, either way, we're into it) and leaves your fingers looking just as good as if you'd just had a manicure (sadly, nifty hand massage not included). You can't do a damn thing about the weather, but you can make sure you're ready for it right down to the tips of your fingers and hey, that's not nothing.
