Especially since I find that many of the interviews with beautiful, wealthy women go on about how they have no skincare routine and don't wear foundation or have no need to wear makeup of any kind. It's reassuring to know that not all women sitting in such high positions are perfect, poreless, acne-free Goddesses. Thank you, ITG for this post! Such a refreshing read. Jane is delightfully charming and her honesty is humbling.

She interviewed me for an internship at W Beauty. I told her that that was my top choice among other possible positions.

I ended up interning at W Photo. I put that down as my top choice because the interviewer told me that he'd put me down as top choice too.

On my first day, she walked by Photo and said to me, "Welcome!" When she saw me there. We never talked, but she always acknowledged me as a person. Real beauty.
