I've been using the Fresh Brown Sugar body scrub for years, it's great for mid winter scaly skin. It's so moisturizing that you don't need to apply body lotion afterwards.

I have been using the Clarisonic for 6 years and love it, but I think they both do really well at getting the job done. I use mine with the Peter Thomas Roth microspherical scrub, my skin feels like it had a microderm.
